某三级甲等医院护理人员职业暴露性损伤调查分析及防护策略

摘　　要：目的医院感染一直是威胁医护人员自身健康的严重问题,尤其是与患者时刻紧密接触的护理人员,本研究调查黑龙江省某三级甲等医院护理人员自我防护、防止感染等情况,为制定护理人员防护策略提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法,以无记名的方式分别随机选择某三级甲等医院护理人员220例,调查其掌握医院消毒剂作用范围情况、对医院防护的看法、防护过程中是否接触过患者的血液、是否戴口罩等21项问题,并进行统计学描述分析。结果现阶段某三级甲等医院的护理防护工作中存在着不足,医护人员及医院不注重防护认识管理,必然导致暴露后感染的增加。结论应加强对护理人员的职业防护教育管理,建立防护路径,以避免大多数暴露性损伤,并有效减少暴露后感染几率。Objective To investigate the states of self- protection, prevention of infection among nurses in a grade A hospitals of a city in Heilongjiang province, provide a reference for the development of nursing protection strategy. Methods A questionnaire survey methods, a secret ballot were surveyed among 220 nurses in a grade A hospital, the questions included the scope of hospital disinfectants, protective of the hospital＇s view, protection of exposing to patients＇ blood, whether wearing masks and other 21 issues. Resalts At this stage city＇s hospitals, the nursing shortages were existence, health care workers and hospitals did not pay attention to protection awareness, which would otherwise lead to an increase in infection after exposure. Conclusion The nursing profession should be strengthened by protection education. A sound protection system should be established in the hospital.
