人性化护理在预防ICU非计划拔管中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究人性化护理应用于ICU非计划拔管的效果。方法选择2010年6月—2011年6月收治的ICU患者435例为对照组(未开展人性化护理组)。选择2011年6月—2012年6月收治的ICU患者426例为观察组(人性化护理组)。比较二组非计划拔管发生率。结果观察组胃管、导尿管、静脉置管、引流管非计划拔管率1.17%、2.11%、2.82%、0.00%低于对照组3.68%、4.83%、11.26%、1.15%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施人性化的护理能够降低ICU置管患者的非计划拔管率。Objective To study-the practical effect of humanized nursing in unplanned extubation in ICU. Methods Totally 426 patients were selected as the control group in ICU from June 2010 to June 2011, another 435 cases as the observation group, then the unplanned extubation rates were compared before and after implement humanistic nursing. Results After the implementation, the unplanned extubation rates of stomach tube, catheter, venous indwelling tube, drainage tube were 1.17%, 2.11%, 2. 82% and 0%, is lower than before the implementation of 4. 83%, 3.68%, 11.26%, 1.15%, the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of humanistic nursing can reduce ICU patients＇ unplanned extubation rate.
