摘 要:本文用矢量电位T和标量磁位Ф建立了抽水蓄能电机端部三维时变场数学模型,考虑了定、转子绕组的真实形状、齿压板、压板、边端铁心以及各向异性的电导率等,并用数值方法对电机端部磁场进行了计算。提出了边端铁心和端部结构件损耗的分析方法,计算了不同功率因数下的端部损耗,得到了端部损耗与功率因数的关系。通过本文的研究,解决了端部损耗不能准确计算的问题,为抽水蓄能电机端部结构的优化设计提供理论参考。This paper establishes a FEM model for machine's end region using T and 0. It contains the calculating 3D transient field of pump storage actual shape of stator windings and rotor coils, outside space block, press plate, stepped core and its anisotropic conductivity. The end field of generator is calculated by numerical method. The methods for calculating losses of stepped core and end structures are presented. The losses of end region at different power factors are computed and the relationship between the loss and the power factor is gained. Through research, the problem that the loss of end region couldn't be computed correctly is solved, which can provide some theory references for optimum design of pump storage machine.
