摘  要:针对大型土木结构安全服役的迫切需求,提出了"治结构之未病"的学术理念和结构多尺度损伤预后的研究思路.指出这类结构安全的共性问题是其损伤跨越了材料、构件和结构层次,是从微/细观到宏观尺度的多尺度、跨层次非线性演化.从发展多尺度损伤预后方法的驱动力、结构多尺度损伤预后相关理论研究现状、大型土木结构多尺度损伤预后的关键科学问题与解决思路以及大型土木结构多尺度损伤预后的发展趋势等方面,综述了大型土木结构多尺度损伤预后研究的现状、研究思路与应用前景.指出结构多尺度损伤预后研究需解决的关键科学问题包括结构损伤多尺度非线性演化机理、结构遭遇极端灾害作用时损伤跨层次突变导致灾变的机理及其损伤过程预测以及大型土木结构损伤过程模拟与分析中的不确定性和预后可靠性等.最后,展望了发展结构多尺度损伤预后理论对于结构全寿命安全的应用前景.The new idea of "treating pro-disease of structures" by prognosis on multi-scale damage in the structures is proposed for the safety of the major infrastructure. The common scientific problem in the structural safety service is that structural damage evolution and failure process are multiscale and cross-level nonlinear evolution from micro/meso-scale to macro-scale and across the materials, components and structural levels. The state of the art in multi-scale damage prognosis is described from the following aspects: the motivation of developing method of multi-scale damage prog- nosis, research statues in the theory and method related to multi-scale damage prognosis, key issues of multi-scale damage prognosis for the safety of major civil structures and the new ideas for the research, trends and prospect in the development of the theory of multi-scale damage prognosis for the safety of major infrastructure. The key issues in developing the theory include the multi-scale nonlinear evolution mechanism of structural damage, the mechanism and prediction of structural damage evolution up to catastrophe when suffered extreme disasters, the uncertainty in multi-scale modeling and analysis and the prognostic reliability for major infrastructure. Finally, the application prospects of multi-scale damage prognosis for the safety of major infrastructure are described.
