摘　　要：通过用RIA技术构建的新型学习效果评估平台,构建一个界面亲切、内容丰富生动网络学习评估体系,对学习情况给予分析与跟踪,改变传统的网络教学评估方式,达到对学习过程和结果进行激励及评估的目标。A network learning assessment system with familiar interface and vivid contents will be built here by setting up a new type of learning outcomes assessment platform on the basis of RIA technology.
