摘　　要：从新闻出版公共服务评价的六个基本要素出发阐释了农家书屋工程建设综合评价的基本原则。按照"投入、产出、效益、管理"的基本思路设计农家书屋工程建设综合评价指标体系,并对指标的具体内容进行了阐述。This article explicated the principles of evaluation on Village Library Project based on the six basic elements about evalua-tion processes of public sergice of press and publication. It proposed a design of index system according to the basic approaches of in-put, output, efficiency and management. And then it explained the details of each index.
