摘　　要：通过轴盖件产品,分析了在批量生产条件下其冲压工艺及模具设计要点,优化其工艺方案,并设计了落料拉深模、冲孔翻边模2副模具,简述了该模具结构及其工作过程,对类似零件的模具设计提供一定的参考作用.The punching techniques and mould design primary and principle for the shaft cover are analyzed in this paper. By the design of the compound mould of blanking and drawing, this paper exhibited a good profile for the compound mould design.
