64层螺旋CT门静脉造影在门静脉高压症中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨64层螺旋CT门静脉造影对于门静脉高压症的应用价值。方法选取2012年9月至今收治的门静脉高压症患者共40例,并选取同期接受健康检查的正常人共40例,对其采用64层螺旋CT进行检查,并对比门静脉高压症患者与正常人的CT检查结果。对于有手术适应症的门静脉高压症患者给予手术治疗,对比术中查见情况与术前CT检查结果。结果正常人与门静脉高压症患者其CT检查结果具有显著性差异(P<0.05),对存在手术适应证的患者进行手术治疗可得,手术查见结果与术前CT诊断结果相符。结论采用64层螺旋CT门静脉造影能够清晰、立体地显示出门静脉循环开放情况,并为肝脏及其周围器官的病变、血管条件、手术可行性等提供有效参考,值得在临床上推广与应用。Objective Explore the 64 layer spiral CT portography for application of portal hypertension. Methods The patients with portal hypertension in the hospital from 2012 September to a total of 40 cases were selected to undergo a medical examination, and normal in 40 cases, the use of 64 - slice spiral CT examination, and the control results of CT portal hypertension patients and normal persons. For operation to portal hypertension in patients with the treatment given operation, contrast see and preoperative CT examination results. Results The CT examination in patients with normal and portal hypertension with significant differences（P〈0.05）, on the existing operation indications were operation treatment available, see the results of operation and preoperative CT diagnosis results. Conclusion Using 64 slice spiral CT portography can clearly, three dimensional display of portal vein circulation situation, provide the effective reference not liver and its surrounding organ lesions, vascular condition, operation feasibility, thus is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
