摘　　要：提出一种嵌入式监控系统的实现方法,主要是针对传统数字监控系统成本高、功耗大和图像存储占用内存大等缺点。为解决这些困难,本文采用飞利浦视频解码芯片SAA7113和JPEG 2000图像压缩技术,开发出一种嵌入式数字化监控系统。应用表明:该监控系统具有成本低、功耗小和图像占用内存小等优点。This paper proposes the realization of an embedded monitoring system,mainly for the high cost of traditional digital monitoring system,power consumption and image storage memory for large drawback.In order to resolve these difficulties, Philips video decoder chip SAA7113 and JPEG 2000 image compression technology,developed an embedded digital moni- toring system.The application shows that：The monitoring system has the advantages of low cost,low power consumption and image memory for small.
