摘　　要：提出了钢丝绳剪切前加热的概念,利用了剪切时移动的装置,设计了PLC自动控制系统和程序,实现了稳定可靠的自动切头和自动定尺等剪切的功能。通过模拟和大量剪切试验,验证了PLC控制系统和程序的可靠性、方便性和实用性。This paper puts forwards the concept of wire rope shear heating,and making use of the device for mobile shear,and designs PLC automatic control system and program to realize the shear functions of stable and reliable automatic cutting head and sizing.Through simulation and a large number of shear tests,this paper has succeeded in verifying the reliability, convenience and practicability of PLC control system and procedures.
