摘  要:为了探索切除盲肠对鹅的蛋白质消化率和粗纤维消化率的影响,选用成年扬州鹅公鹅12只,随机分成2组,每组6只,对其中一组进行去盲肠手术,采用24 h禁食+24 h全收粪法测定玉米、豆粕、苜蓿草粉、谷物干酒糟及其可溶物(DDGS)、棉籽粕5种常用饲料原料的蛋白质消化率,并测定了豆粕、苜蓿草粉、DDGS、棉籽粕4种常用饲料原料的粗纤维消化率。结果:豆粕、DDGS和苜蓿草粉的蛋白质消化率去盲肠组极显著低于正常组(P<0.01)。豆粕、DDGS的粗纤维和中性洗涤纤维的消化率去盲肠组显著低于正常组(P<0.05),豆粕和棉籽粕的酸性洗涤纤维消化率去盲肠组显著低于正常组(P<0.05)。由此表明,切除盲肠对部分饲料原料蛋白质消化率和粗纤维消化率具有一定影响。The current experiment was designed to explore effects of caecectomy on the fiber and protein digestibility. Twelve adult male Yangzhou geese were randomly divided into two groups and one group was caecectomized. The geese were fasted 24 h and the endogenous protein loss were detected by collecting all excrement in 24 h. They were employed to measure protein digestibility of the corn, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, corn distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS) and alfalfa grass powder. True protein digestibility was measured with nitrogen-free diet method (NFD) and fasting method (FAS). The fibre digestibility of the soybean meal, cottonseed meal, DDGS and alfalfa grass powder was measured by the same method. The results showed that protein digestibility of soybean meal, DDGS and alfalfa grass powder in caecectomized birds was extremely significantly lower than that in intact ones ( P〈0.01 ). The CF, NDF digestibility of soybean meal and DDGS in caecectomized birds was significantly lower than that in intact birds ( P〈0.05 ) , while the ADF digestibility of soybean meal and cottonseed meal in caecectomized birds was significantly lower than that in intact birds (P〈0. 05 ). It was concluded that fiber and protein digestibility of some feedstuffs for caecectomized geese were changed.
