摘  要:对杭州国际博览中心在建项目中大跨度钢桁架的分段吊装过程进行力学性能分析,确定大跨度钢桁架的分段吊装及安装施工方案;并采用通用有限元分析软件MIDAS对大跨度钢桁架建立有限元模型,分析钢桁架在起吊翻身过程中的杆件强度和刚度的变化特点,以及不同施工阶段对钢桁架的力学性能影响。通过对大跨度钢桁架的施工过程仿真分析,确保了桁架杆件安装的精确性、施工过程的安全性和经济性。采用的分析方法可为其他同类工程提供参考。Mechanics properties of long-span steel truss during lifting segment in Hangzhou International Expo Center had been researched in this paper.Segment lifting construction programs of long-span had been given.The finite element model of a typical long-span steel truss was established using general finite element analysis software MIDAS.Then changes of strength and stiffness of steel truss during lifting flip process were analyzed,and influence of different construction stages on mechanics properties of steel truss was also researched.The accuracy of the truss rod installation,safety and economy of construction process can be ensured by simulation analysis of long-span steel truss.The research methods used in this paper could be seen as useful reference for construction of similar projects.
