摘  要:胜坨油田部分区块液面深、矿化度高,导致在用的D级抽油杆、连续抽油杆出现严重的不适应性,腐蚀杆断井频繁出现。针对这些问题,开展了防腐蚀杆在腐蚀油井中的配套技术研究与试验,主要对抽油杆的腐蚀机理、井液性质、配套技术进行研究。对抽油杆的防腐性能、力学性能进行试验,有效保证了KD级防腐蚀杆的综合性能,并在胜坨油田腐蚀区块推广应用。KD级防腐蚀杆已经配套试验200余口井,平均泵深1 879m,平均寿命延长了166d,有效满足了胜坨油田腐蚀油井的生产需求。At present,deep fluid level and high degree of mineralization in some blocks of Shengtuo Oil Field cause inadaptability of the current API Class D sucker rod and constant sucker rod,which are corroded and broken in the well.Accordingly the matching technology research and experiment of anti-corrosion rod in corrosion wells are carried out to solve these problems.The discussion was done for the research on the sucker rod's corrosion mechanism,the material improvement,the matching technology,the experiment on the sucker rod's anti-corrosion and mechanical properties,the comprehensive performance of material-type anti-corrosion rod as well as its wide application in the corrosion blocks of Shengtuo Oilfield.The material-type anti-corrosion sucker rod meets the corrosion oil wells' requirement in the Shengtuo Oilfield effectively.Upto now,API Class KD anti-corrosion rod has been tested in more than 200 oil wells in Shengtuo Oilfield.With the average depth of plunger of 1 879 m,the production cycle of 166 days,its advantages become so obvious.
