摘　　要：根据不压井作业的实际工况和工作参数,确定了模拟试验装置的主要功能、结构原理和设计参数,完成了试验方案设计和关键设备设计计算,并建设了1口模拟井用于不压井作业的试验和研究。该装置形成一个封闭的、循环的带压系统,可模拟3 000m井深、井筒压力为21MPa的压力环境,并在此模拟环境下可进行各种带压作业研究。According to the actual working state and operating parameters of snubbing,the main function,structural principle and design parameters of the simulation test device were defined,and the design of the test scheme and design calculation of key equipment were fini（e）,e to built an analog well for testing and research jobs of snubbing.The simulation test device which consists of an analog well head,a pressure-compensated pump,a accumulator,a pressure-controller,water tanks and pressure pipe lines etc.forming a closed circulating pressure system which can simulate an environment of depth of 3,000 m with pressure of 21 MPa in the well bore,and proceed any snubbing operation under this simulation environment.
