摘　　要：为解决常规柱塞长时间关井对地层的伤害,并克服上行行程不够或上行冲击力太大的缺陷,研制了一种不关井连续生产分体式柱塞装置。该装置利用气井自身能量在油管内往复运动,实现周期性举液,并在苏里格气田试验1口井。试验结果表明:该分体式柱塞结构设计合理、工作原理可靠,能实现不关井连续生产,增产气量明显,不需人工调参,降低了生产管理和现场操作成本,使柱塞气举排水采气工艺更简捷、更高效。The continuous production split plunger is developed to prevent much effusion above routine plunger from damaging stratum with long time shut-in and to overcome plunger＇s less distance or bigger up-impact.The device is experimented for one gas well in Sulige gas field,which move up and down so as to lift effusion periodically in the tubing using the gas well energy.The experiment shows that the plunger with structure designed reasonably and reliable principle can realize continuous production without shut-in.The technology used can increase gas output and reduce the cost of production management without artificial parameters tuning.
