摘　　要：化学品已成为人类生活中重要的消费产品,然而它们中很多是有毒有害的,对其安全管理尤为重要。本文分别从化学品、消费品两方面,对欧美中三国的安全监管机制进行了对比研究。Chemicals are important consumer products in our lives. However, many of them are toxic and harmful. So it＇s significant to set up safety supervision mechanism of chemicals. The paper compares and analyzes the European, American and Chinese mechanisms from the aspects of chemicals and consumer products.
