摘　　要：结合客户生产的实际需要,探讨了3点提高清洗机自动化程度的方法,分别是自动配/补液、条形码信息录入、软件异常处理,并具体分析了在实际生产中的应用情况。According to the actual needs of customers＇ production, the paper studies three methods to improve the automation level of LED washing machine. That is automatic liquid dispensing technique, bar code information inputting system, and software exception handling. Their application in the actual production situation is analyzed.
