摘　　要：概述了Bede QC200双晶衍射仪工作原理,介绍了Bede QC200双晶衍射仪的常见故障及维修方法,实现了关键部件的元件级维修。分析表明,通过对仪器原理框图、信号流程图的了解,对测试信号进行判断,正确选择需要的测量仪器对维修很重要。指出了常见故障维修过程中如何做到思路清晰有的放矢,迅速判断故障部位所在,提高维修工作效率。This paper states the operating principle of Bede QC200 Double Crystal Diffractometer, describes the common troubles and repairing methods of Bede QC200 Double Crystal Diffractometer, realizes troubleshooting of key parts at compoment level.Analysis shows that understanding the circuit block diagram and signal flow graphs of the instrument,judging on test signals,and choosing appropriate test instruments are very important.Points out how to be clear mind and quick thinking in trouble judgment,so as to improve efficiency of troubleshooting.
