摘　　要：科技项目后评估是科技项目管理的重要组成部分,科技项目只有通过后评估才能准确反映项目成果的长期影响。文章通过研究国外典型国家科技项目后评估的情况,分析层次分析法、逻辑框架法、有无对比法、成功度分析法等科技项目后评估方法,针对我国科技项目后评估存在的问题,提出对策和建议。Science and technology project post-evaluation is an important part ot the sclenullc project .la. agement. This paper studies the typical {oreign national scientific and technological project post-evaluation, analyze the Analytic hierarchy process.Logical {ramework approach.With-and-without compar- ison method.Degree o{ success analysis method. According to the problems of China＇s science and technology project post-evaluation, propose countermeasures proposal.
