摘　　要：计算机与网络应用技术的普遍应用,给人们生产、生活带来了诸多便捷,使社会经济高速发展。然而,计算机与网络应用技术本身还存在一定缺陷,相关人员未能很好使用等因素,依然制约着计算机与网络应用技术的持续发展。文章通过研究计算机与网络应用技术的相关原则,旨在为其高效使用和维护提供可靠的理论依据和指导意见。The wide use of computer and network application technology brings much convenience to people＇ s production and living, which makes social economy develop fast. However, factors like computer and net- work application technology has its own weaknesses, people＇ s unreasonable use, limit its consistently efficient development. Relative principles of computer and network application technology were studied in this article,which aim to provide the efficient use and maintenance with reliable theoretical evidence and guidance.
