摘  要:目的:对比空气滤菌技术与空气除菌技术的安全性与效益性,为静脉配液中心的建设提供科学依据。方法:参考相关规范和文献探讨现行规范的要求,通过空气滤菌与除菌技术在洁净室的实例应用分析,对两种技术进行比较分析。结果:空气滤菌技术存在建设高投入、运行高能耗、设备大空间的三大建设瓶颈,空气除菌技术在洁净区的运用结果表明,该技术用于有关洁净室可节省建筑空间和节约运行成本。结论:空气除菌技术可用于静脉药物调配中心,是净化技术应用的趋势。Objective: Safety and effectiveness compared to air filtration technology and air sterilization technology, provide scientific evidence for construction of PIVAS. Methods: Consulting relevant standards and literature, discussing the current specification through the analysis of air filtration and sterilization technology application in the clean room, two kinds of technology were compared. Results: Air filtration technology has three big problems: the construction of high input, high energy consumption, equipment operation in large space. Through the air sterilization technology in clean areas of application can be seen, the technique can be used in the clean room and can save space and save operation cost. Conclusion: Through the air sterilization technology applications in clean areas visible, air sterilization technology can be used for pharmacy intravenous admixture services, which will be the trend of using purification technology.
