摘　　要：对电子商务的特点与发展进行了简要的阐述，在此基础上分析了在电子商务条件下物流所应具有的一些职能。提出物流企业为适应电子商务的发展应分两个阶段完成自身的改造，达到现代化、市场化、信息化，进入电子物流阶段。On the basis of making a simple description for the charactoristics and development of EC, the paper analyses the functions of material now based on EC and advances that logistics enterprises should accomplish their reform by two steps in order to cater to the needs of development of EC.
