摘　　要：本文对职业指导人员职业素养培养的紧迫性和必要性进行了阐述,从动机、认知和意志力三方面探讨了职业素养的评价标准,分析了当前职业指导人员的职业素养现状,并提出了职业指导人员职业素养的培养对策。This paper interprets the urgency and necessity of cul-tivating vocational guides＇ professional accomplishment, explores the evaluation standard for professional accomplishment from such three aspects as motivation, cognition and persistence, ana-lyzes the current situation of vocational guides＇ professional ac-complishment, and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
