摘　　要：大学生就业指导工作是高校根据国家利益和社会需要开展的,有利于学生培养正确、高尚的职业操守、事业道德,形成积极向上的人生观、价值观。就业指导工作不能因材施教,只会造成教学资源和学生精力的浪费。本文主要分析了当前就业指导课存在的问题以及原因所在,并针对性地对就业指导课存在的问题提出解决措施。College students＇ employment guidance is implemented in accordance with national interests and social needs, so it is conductive to the cultivation of students＇ comprehensive quality and correct values on life and values. If we cannot teach students in accordance with their aptitude, teaching resources and stu-dents＇ energies are wasted. This paper mainly analyzes the prob-lems in the current employment guidance course, and proposes corresponding solutions.
