摘 要:随着陆地油气资源的日益枯竭,加之浅水水域的油气资源储量有限,勘探开发面临着向海洋深水挺进的趋势,低温、海底松软地层、浅层流是这类深水地层的普遍特点。针对深水固井的技术难题,开发了新型深水固井低温早强剂PC-DA92S与PC-DA93L,并根据南海海域钻探的实际井况,最终研制出了适合现场应用的低温早强水泥浆体系PC-LoCEM。室内测试评价结果表明,这种水泥浆体系具有良好的低温早强效果、稠化时间易于调整,水泥浆体系稳定等优点,可用于海洋深水表层套管固井。南海LH16-1-1井的现场固井试验结果表明,上述水泥浆体系满足现场施工要求,浆体流变性、水泥石低温强度良好。With the increasing depletion of the oil and gas resources on land, and the limited of oil and gas resources in shallow water depth, The exploration and development of oil and gas resources are inclined to concern on the offshore deepwater. Low temperature, soft seabed and shallow flow are the general characteristics of these formation. Considering these problems of deep-water cementing, this paper depend on a lot of laboratory study and develop new types of deepwater cementing additive such as PC-DA92S and PC-DA93L. Laboratory evaluation indicated that the cement slurry system PC-LoCEM have good properties of early strength at low temperature, easy to adjust the thickening time, stable cement slurry system, etc., it can be used for deepwater cementing of surface casing. And finally it guarantees the success of cementing of LH16-1-1 well in South China Sea.
