摘　　要：本文综述了反渗透浓缩技术在浓缩果汁加工等相关领域中的应用研究进展,客观的评价了反渗透技术在浓缩领域的优缺点,对反渗透浓缩技术的前景进行了展望。This paper reviews applied research in progress of the reverse osmosis concentrate technology in the concentrated juice processing and other related areas. Reverse osmosis technology in condensed areas of strengths and weaknesses by. objective evaluation. The reverse osmosis technology is prospected.
