浅谈医学院校二级排课管理

摘　　要：排课工作是高等院校日常教务工作的主要内容之一，对于有效利用教育教学资源，培养高素质人才具有重要意义。二级排课是近年来出现的适应医学教育实际的新型排课管理模式。二级排课能够有效减轻学校教务部门工作压力，提高排课工作水平。本文主要介绍了二级排课模式与传统排课模式的区别，并具体说明了二级排课模式的运行流程。对于医学院校运用二级排课模式提高教务管理水平具有一定的指导意义。Course Scheduling is one of academic work of universities, which is important for using educational resources efficiently and training qualified personnel. Two level course scheduling is emerging in recently years,and as a new type of course scheduling it is suitable for medical education. Two level course scheduling can reduce work pressure and improve the level of course scheduling effectively. In this article, we introduce the differences between two level course scheduling and traditional work scheduling, and describe the operation processes of the former. It is meaningful for medical school to use two level course scheduling to improve the level of educational administration.
