摘　　要：针对《中文核心期刊要目总览》评价指标存在的不足,提出将h指数纳入到《总览》评价指标体系中的建议,并进一步阐释了其价值与意义及目前h指数在期刊评价中的实际应用状况。认为:h指数与《总览》评价指标中较受关注的被引量和影响因子指标基本上代表了期刊评价的三个不同维度,是期刊评价的"三驾马车",《总览》如果将h指数纳入其评价指标体系,不仅能够有效弥补评价指标体系对重要论文考察不足的缺陷,凸显出期刊的核心价值,而且也能够使《总览》的评价更深入、更全面;另外,h指数巧妙的数据处理方法,能够有力提升评价结果的客观性、公正性和稳健性,对于引导期刊进入既"好"又"多"的良性循环发展轨道将产生积极的影响。Aiming at shortages on evaluation index of Chinese Core Periodicals Bullet-point Overview, some proposals are put forward a- bout h-index fit into evaluation index system, and further its value, significance and current practical application of h-index in the evalua- tion of journals are all illustrated. H-index and the Overview evaluation index basically represents three different dimensions of journal e- valuation as far as cited numbers and impact factor index are concerned, which are the ＂troika＂ of periodical evaluation. If h-index is in- cluded into its evaluation index system in the ＂Overview＂, not only can it effectively make up the defects of evaluation index system by the lack of investigation about important papers, highlighting the core value of journals, but also make the evaluation of the ＂Overview ＂ deeper and more comprehensive; In addition, clever data processing method of h-index can effectively promote the objectivity, impartiali- ty and robustness of evaluation results so as to have a positive impact on leading journal development into a virtuous cycle track.
