摘　　要：在竞争情报领域,弱信号越来越引起管理者的重视,但是由于无法对弱信号进行有效的分析,使得弱信号辅助决策的价值并不高。首先分析了目前弱信号分析遇到的困难,提出采用专家系统技术来设计弱信号分析系统有助于提高弱信号分析的效率和准确度,然后作者提出了弱信号知识库的构建流程,最后提出了弱信号分析系统的理论框架,并分析了系统的功能模块及专家系统在分析系统中的工作。In the field of competitive intelligence, weak signal is increasingly drawing more attention of managers. But due to the lack of effective analysis on weak signal, the assisting value of weak signal in decision-making is not high. This paper firstly analyzes the current difficulties in weak signal analysis, proposes that using expert system technology to design the weak signal analysis system helps to improve the efficiency and accuracy of weak signal analysis. Then the authors put forward the procedures for the construction of weak signal knowl- edge base. Finally the paper brings forward the theoretical framework of the weak signal analysis system, and analyzes its functional mod- ules and the job of expert system in it.
