摘 要:对一种利用铁基非晶态合为敏感元件的新型称重传感器进行了可行性研究。鉴于非晶态合金大都以薄带或细丝形式存在,设计了以缠绕式铁基非晶态合金薄带作为磁芯,并采用两种不同的线圈方式的传感器结构。论述了传感器基于磁弹性效应和电磁感应的工作原理。通过可行性试验,分析了传感器的静态特性。试验结果表明,传感器的平均非线性误差为0.995%F.S,最大重复性误差为1.092%F.S,最大迟滞误差为0.546%F.S,平均灵敏度为1.279 mV/kN.与现有电阻应变式称重传感器比较,文中研究的这种称重传感器简单可靠,适应性强,工作寿命长。A new kind of weighing sensor take Fe - base amorphous alloy thin ribbon as sensitive component was discussed. Since most of the amorphous alloy thin ribbon or filament form exists, the sensor structure took winding type Fe-base amorphous alloy ribbon as a core, and with two different coil structure was designed. The principle of the sensor based on magnetoelasticity effect and electromagnetic induction was discussed. Through a feasibility experiment, the sensor' s static characteristic was analyzed. The experimental result shows the sensor' s average linearity error is 0.995% F. S,the maximum repetitive error 1. 092% F. S,the maximum hysteresis error 0.546% F. S, the average sensitivity is 1. 279mV/kN. Compared with the existing strain gauge weighing sensor, this weighing sensor is simple and reliable, adaptable and has long working life.
