摘  要:控制与保护开关电器(CPS)具有对线路电流等电量参数进行精确测量的功能,为了确保CPS测量功能的精确性,在CPS产品出厂检测时需要对其测量功能进行检测。在分析了CPS测量功能检测系统功能需求后,提出一套基于虚拟仪器技术的CPS测量功能检测系统设计方案。检测系统由工控机、三相大电流发生器、多功能数据采集卡、气动夹具等硬件,结合在LabVIEW 7虚拟仪器平台上开发的软件组成。简要论述了检测系统的硬件组成和选择原则。对检测系统软件的设计思想和结构进行详细的介绍。最后,通过应用举例表明:该检测系统不仅能够满足CPS测量功能检测需求,而且具有测试精度高、开发成本低、抗干扰能力强和维护简单等优点。因此,该系统具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。Control and protective switching device (CPS)has the accurate measurement function for the current and other power parameters. In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement function of CPS,it has the needs to carry out an accurate test on the measurement function of CPS before they leave the factory. Based on the analysis of functional requirements for the test system, a design of test system for CPS measuring function was proposed. The test system was made up of the hardware consisting of industrial control computer, three-phase current generator, multifunction data acquisition card, pneumatic fixture and the software developed with the advanced virtual instrument technology-LabVIEW 7 software development platform. The hardware components and its selection principle of the test system were discussed. The design idea and structure of the system software was introduced in detail. the practical application shows that the test system not only could satisfy the test need for CPS measurement function test, also has the following properties:high precision, low cost, strong anti-interference and convenient maintenance. Therefore, the test system has great practical value and application prospect.
