摘 要:生物乙醇是迄今为止最为成功的液体替代运输燃料,纤维素作为最具发展前景的生产原料,产业发展处于工业化初期,面临能耗物耗高、废水处理难度大等难题。主要综述了纤维素乙醇原料预处理、酶解发酵、精馏脱水及废醪液处理等技术进展,在此基础上,重点概述了以自催化水热预处理、多级酶解、复杂塔系热耦合精馏及全糟厌氧等为技术特点的纤维素乙醇成套生产技术,以及年产2万t纤维素乙醇生产装置的产业化应用效果。Bioethanol is the most successful alternative liquid transportation fuel by far. LignoceUulosic biomass, one of the most promising feed- stock to produce bioethanol, is in the primary stage of industrialization at present. The bottleneck in industrial utilization of lignocellulosic biomass is its high energy consumption and the difficulty in waste water treatment. In this paper, the technical progress in pretreatment of raw ma- terials, enzymatic hydrolysis, fermentation, ethanol concentration/dehydration and waste mash treatment was reviewed. The technology of auto- catalytic hot water pretreatment, muti-enzymatic hydrolysis, muti-column distillation and anaerobic fermentation without decantation were mainly introduced. Besides, the operating effects of the production apparatus for cellulosic ethanol production (annual output of 20,000 tons) was intro- duced.
