俄文文献资源问题探索——以黑龙江省图书馆为例

摘　　要：俄文文献是各研究型图书馆的重要外文信息源。目前,各图书馆对这类文献的建设存在一定问题,规模较小,认识不足等。以黑龙江省图书馆为例,结合国家图书馆和北方各主要图书馆的实际,提出了10项改善俄文文献资源建设的措施:如扩大俄文文献规模,加强网络及电子型俄文文献收藏,强化特色俄文文献建设,逐步实现俄文文献共建共享,采购协调,提高俄文文献专业馆员素质等,使俄文文献建设与开发水平有所提高。Russian-language documents are an important foreign source of information for research libraries. At present, h- braries are facing several issues in establishing this type of collections, such as the lack of scale or insufficient un- derstanding. Using the Heilongjiang Provincial Library as an example and combining the reality of the National Li- brary and the libraries in northern China, the author proposes ten measures of improvement for the construction of Russian-language collections, such as expanding the scale of collection, strengthening digital and network-based Russian collections, strengthening the buildup of special Russian document collection, incrementally establishing the ability of Russian resource sharing, coordinating procurement, and improving the professional quality of librari- ans who specialize in Russian resources. The goal is to improve the collection and level of development in Russian resources.
