摘　　要：图书馆文化是图书馆的无形资产,其文化建设应随着时代发展不断改变。目前大多工科院校图书馆存在忽略文化建设,尤其是人文环境建设的问题。因此,在文化建设过程中应以坚持时代性、综合性、以读者需求为中心的原则,从工科院校图书馆的人文环境文化、服务文化、信息文化、活动文化等几个方面加强建设,逐步提高图书馆在读者中的影响力,在潜移默化中提高读者素养,为国家培养全面综合性人才。The library culture as an intangible asset, the construction should be changing with the development of the times. At present, most of the engineering colleges＇ libraries have the problem of neglecting cultural development, especial- ly the human environment construction. Therefore, cultural construction should be with the principle of times, syn- thesis, readers demand as a guide and strengthen the construction from the aspects of Library human environment culture, service culture, information culture and activities cultural to gradually increasing the influence of the library readers, improving reader＇ s literacy and developing comprehensive and integrated talents for our country.
