摘　　要：随着Web3.0技术的日趋成熟,图书馆信息服务面临着前所未有的挑战,它改变了传统的信息服务模式,真正实现了用户的互动参与,彰显了用户的个性化特征。文章介绍了Web3.0的发展历程及其技术特征,分析了Web3.0环境下的图书馆信息服务面临的挑战,探讨了在Web3.0环境下图书馆信息服务工作的创新。With the Web3.0 technology is maturing, a library information service is facing unprecedented challenges, it has changed the traditional mode of service, and truly realize the participation of the user＇s interaction, highlight the us- ers personalized features. The article describes the course of development of its technical features of Web3.0, the challenges faced by the Library Information Service in the Web3.0 environment to explore the innovation of the Li- brary Information Service in the Web3.0 environment.
