摘 要:对高功率固体激光器的光纤耦合进行了理论设计和实验研究。高功率固体激光器的光束质量随着输出功率的增加而变差,根据入射激光的光束质量,计算得到传输光纤的最小芯径和耦合透镜的有效焦距。该研究成功实现了高功率固体激光器光纤输出功率大于500 W,耦合效率大于90%,满足科研工作及工业应用需要。The high-power solid-state laser fiber coupling is researched theoretically and experimentally. The output beam quality of high-power solid-state laser is deteriorated with the increasing laser power. According to the laser beam quality, the minimum core diameter of the transmission fiber and the effective focal length of the coupling lens are calculated. Experiments were done. The optical fiber output power is more than 500 W ,and the coupling efficiency is better than 90%. It can meet the needs of scientific research and industry application.
