摘  要:分析了Tm:YAP晶体热透镜焦距产生的原因,并理论计算热透镜焦距值。阐明了利用平平非稳腔法测量LD端面泵浦Tm:YAP固体激光器有效热透镜焦距的简单方法。通过改变腔长,找到谐振腔失谐点,便可得到晶体吸收的泵浦功率和对应的热透镜焦距的关系。对不同Tm:YAP晶体棒进行了测量,并且加以比较。此方法不需要特别的仪器,且操作简单,实验值与理论计算的值偏差小于10%。The paper introduces the causes of thermal lens focal length of Tm:YAP crystal, and theoretically calculates the value of the thermal lens focal length. A simple method using plane - plane unstable cavity is applied to measure the thermal lens focal length of Tm:YAP solid state laser end pumped by laser diode. By changing the length of the cavity and finding the resonant cavity detuning point, the relationship between the pumping power that the crystal absorbs and the value of the thermal lens focal length can be obtained. The thermal focal length of different Tm:YAP crystals was measured, and compared. The method requires no special equipment and is simple to implement. The deviation of experimental and theoretical values is less than 10%.
