摘  要:"聚徒教学"是古代私学的一种教学形式,其形式灵活,同时也蕴含了极丰富的内涵和教学理念。文章通过讨论"聚徒教学"的起源、表现形式及其演变历史背景,进一步分析该教学方式的现实意义。这种教学方式有利于培养创新型、有独立精神和健全人格的人才,其创造学术自由的氛围将极大促进学术进步,同时也将促进教师自身素质的提升,构造和谐师生关系。在目前大学体制教育中引入"聚徒教学"的方式,将是高等教育极好的补充。" Gather Disciples Teaching" is a teaching method in ancient private school, and it has flexi ble forms. It also contains a wealth of contents and teaching ideas. Through discussing the origin of " Gather Disciples Teaching" , its manifestation, and history background, the paper further analyzes the realistic sig nificance of the teaching method. The teaching healthy personality, and promote the academic other hand, it will help teachers improve self ers and students. Gather disciples teaching" university system. method will cultivate students" innovation, independency and progress because of the freedom academic atmosphere.
