摘 要:采用椭圆及卵形钢丝生产的高应力螺旋弹簧已广泛应用于汽车行业。介绍椭圆及卵形钢丝弹簧设计程序,分析在以弹簧内径、重心径和外径为基准情况下,应力修正系数与旋绕比和长短轴比的关系,确定长短轴尺寸和长短轴比,并对应力峰位置进行研究。椭圆及卵形钢丝高应力螺旋弹簧生产过程中,当倾斜角为20°时,正方向的应力分布与倾斜角为0°相比较低,而反方向的应力较高,其最大应力的增加率,椭圆截面为4.5%,弗兹卵形截面为4.9%;可靠性设计时,优化选材,选用适当的长短轴比和旋绕比,使应力修正系数最小,应力峰角度不大于45°;制造时严格控制喷丸工艺。Abstract High stress helical spring produced with ellipse or oval steel wire has been used in automobile industry. The el- lipse or oval steel wire spring design procedure was introduced. The relationship of stress correction coefficient, spring in- dex and axial ratio was analyzed in the reference of spring inside diameter, diameter center of gravity and outer diameter, length of long and short axial and axial ratio were confirmed, the position of stress peak was researched. In production of el- lipse and oval steel wire high stress helical spring, when tilt angle is 20°, the stress distribution of positive direction is low- er than tilt angle 0°, negative direction is higher. The increasing rate of its maximum stress, ellipse cross section is 4.5% , oval cross section is 4.9%. When reliability is designed, to optimize material selection, to choose proper axial ratio and spring index, to make stress correction coefficient minimum, stress peak angle is no more than 45% To control shot peening process in production.
