摘　　要：中国已成为金属制品生产大国，而钢丝热处理工序仍存在效率低、能耗大、污染重的问题，不少企业的热处理生产线仂值还在35mm·m／min左右，钢丝绳企业多采用燃煤加热炉和铅浴热处理。通过技术优化整合，开发出环保型热处理连续生产线，采用天然气明火加热＋水浴热处理生产技术；配有高效热盐酸酸洗技术，酸洗槽体通过水帘密封和“微负压”技术，将酸雾封闭在循环系统内，最大限度减小酸对环境的污染和含酸废水的产生量；表面处理采用在线涂硼＋烘干，利用电加热循环风烘干。新开发生产线的伪值80～120mm·m／min，生产能力15000—32000t／a．Abstract China has become metal products production big country, while steel wire heat treatment process still exist such problems as low efficiency, high energy consumption and heavy pollution, the Dv value of heat treatment production line is only about 35 mm · m/min in some enterprises, many wire rope production enterprises adopt coal burning and patenting technology. The environment friendly continuous heat treatment production line was developed by technology optimizing and integrating, adopting natural gas open fire heating plus water bath heat treatment technology; high efficiency hot chloro- hydric acid pickling, the pickling cell body by spray to seal and with tiny negative pressure, to seal acid mist into circulato- ry system, decrease acid pollution for environment and waste water with acid yield maximum ; the surface treatment adopt on line boraxing and drying with electrical heating circulating wind. The Dv value of new production line is 80 - 120 mm · m/ min, the production capability is 15 000 -32 000 tons per year.
