摘　　要：针对煤炭生产企业在产销过程中普遍存在逃税逃费问题[1],该系统将煤矿、稽查监控、运销公司检查站、税务局等多部门进行通讯连接,实现远程实时监控。系统采用以图像自动识别及数据远程多点离散自动核查先进技术,以及集成多种无线(CDMA\GPRS)传输方式为技术特点,不仅提高了企业整个生产过程的稽查力度提高了监控效率,同时具有煤炭产销系统综合信息管控功能。Coal production enterprises commonly exist the problem of tax and charge evasion in the production, transportation and marketing process. The system makes a communication connection with the units of mine, inspection and monitoring, transportation company checkpoints, tax bureau and other departments to realize the remote real - time monitoring. As its technical characteristics, the system adopts the advanced technology of image automatic identification and data remote multi - point discrete automatic verification and integrates various wireless （ CDMA ／ GPRS） transmission mode. It not only increases the inspection efforts in entire production process so as to improve the monitoring efficiency, also has a managing and controlling function of comprehensive information for the coal production and sales system.
