摘　　要：目的探讨口服中药制剂肾炎清片对慢性肾小球肾炎患者免疫功能的影响。方法应用全自动生化分析仪、流式细胞仪,检测154例患者服用肾炎清片(治疗组)治疗前后及对照组(常规治疗,n=50)全血淋巴细胞总数(TLC)、血清免疫球蛋白(IgA,IgG,IgM)、T细胞亚群(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)、自然杀伤细胞(NK)细胞活性的变化。结果与服药前比较,治疗组服药后上述各项指标均有显著升高(P<0.05)。结论肾炎清片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果与其提高患者的免疫功能呈正相关。Objective To study the influence of oral Chinese medicine preparation Shenyanqing Tablets on the immune function in the patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods The fully automatic biochemical analyzer and the flow cytometry were adopted to detect the changes-of total lymphoeytes count（TLC）, serum immuuoglobulin（IgA, IgG, IgM）, T cell subsets（CD3＋ , CD4＋ , CD8＋ , CD4＋ CD8＋） and the viability of natural killer（NK） cell in 154 cases（treatment group） of chronic glomerulonephritis before and after taking oral oral Shenyanqing Tablets and the control group（routine therapy, n =50）. Results The above indexes before and after medication in the treatment group, the treatment group and the control group were significantly increased（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of Shenyanqing Tablets for treaating chronic glomerulonephritis is positively correlated with its increasing the immune function.
