摘  要:目的建立测定复方甘草搽剂中甘草酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用CosmosilC.。柱(美国Waters公司,250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-0.2mol/L醋酸铵一冰醋酸(65:35:1)为流动相,流速1mL/min,检测波长241nm,柱温30℃。结果甘草酸峰能与其他杂质峰完全分离,甘草酸质量浓度在10.40~l039.60μg/mL范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.63%,RSD为0.24%。结论所用方法可测定复方甘草搽剂中甘草酸的含量,准确度高,重复性好,可作为制剂的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Compound Glycyrrhiza Lini- ment. Methods The Cosmosil C18 column (250 mm-4.6 mm, 5 p,m) was adopted with the mobile phase of methanol -0.2 mol/L ammonium acetate-glacial acetic acid(65:35:1), the flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 241 nm and the col- umn temperature was 30 %. Results The peak of glycyrrhizic acid could be completely separated from the other impurities peaks without interference; the linear range of glycyrrhizic acid was 10.40- 1 039.60 μg/mL, the average recovery rate was 99.63% (n = 6), RSD = 0, 24%. Conclusion This method is highly accurate and better reproducible for detecting the glycyrrhizic acid content in Com- pound Glycyrrhiza Liniment, and can be used as the quality control method of this preparation.
