摘　　要：目的建立骨康胶囊中氨基葡萄糖和硫酸软骨素的含量测定方法。方法用二氯甲烷萃取供试品中生姜的脂溶性成分,分别以Elson-Morgan法和咔唑法显色,分光光度法测定吸光度,测定氨基葡萄糖、硫酸软骨素的含量。结果显色后,硫酸软骨素与氨基葡萄糖线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为97.34%,97.46%,RSD分别为0.65%,0.93%,生姜成分对测定方法无干扰。结论所建立的方法准确、简便,适合该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the determination methods for the contents of glueosamine and chondroitine sulfate in Gukang Cap- sule. Methods The liposoluhle constituents of ginger were extracted by CH2C12. The Elson -Morgan method and the carbazole method were adopted for the coloration respectively. The absorbance and the contents of glucosamine and chondroitine sulfate were determinated by spectrophotometry. Results After the coloration, the linearity of glucosamine and chondroitine sulfate was good. The average recovery rates of glucosamine and chondroitine sulfate were 97. 34% （RSD=0. 65% ） and 97.46% （RSD=0. 93% ）, respectively. Conclusion The established method is accurate and simple,can be effectively used for the quality control of this preparation
