摘　　要：目的探索医院处方审核规范的建立。方法考察医院处方开具和审核以及医院管理制度的情况,提出规范化的思路。结果与结论医院处方审核既是医院药学的重要内容,又是医院药学工作者的重要工作。做好处方审核工作,有利于保障临床用药的有效性和安全性;要做好处方审核既需要有深厚的药学专业知识,又需要有配套的医院管理制度,两者不可或缺;建立医院处方审核的规范,是做好处方调剂的重要保障。Objective To explore the establishment of the hospital prescription audit standard. Methods The thinking of the prescription standardization was proposed by the investigation on prescribing, prescription audit and the hospital management system. Results and Conclusion The prescription audit is the important content of the hospital pharmacy and the important work of the pharmaceutical workers. Doing the prescription audit work well is conducive to ensure the effectiveness and safety of clinical medication, which needs the profound pharmaceutical specialty knowledge and the matched hospital management system, both of them are indispensable; the estab- lishment of the prescription audit standard is the important safeguard for doing the prescription adjustment well.
