养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵治疗偏头痛24例

摘　　要：目的观察应用西比灵联合养血清脑颗粒治疗偏头痛的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2012年1月至2013年1月收治的偏头痛患者48例,根据随机数字表将患者分为观察组及对照组,各24例。对照组给予西比灵治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用养血清颗粒治疗,两组患者于治疗前、治疗后1,3,7,14,30 d分别应用疼痛数字表(NRS)以及生活质量评分表(QOL)对疼痛程度及生活质量进行评分,并对两组患者临床疗效及不良反应情况进行分析。结果观察组患者治疗后3 d NRS评分以及QOL评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床显效率为91.67%,对照组临床显效率为70.83%,两组患者临床显效率比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为12.50%,对照组为8.33%,两组不良反应均属轻至中度,不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对偏头痛患者应用西比灵联合养血清脑颗粒治疗,疗效显著、安全可靠,可显著降低患者疼痛感,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of sibelium combined with Yangxueqingnao Granules for treating mi- graine. Methods 48 cases of migraine treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table, 24 cases in each group. The control group was given sibelium, while on the basis of the control group treatment, the observation group was added Yangxueqingnao Granules. The numerical pain rating scale （NRS） and the quality of life （QOL） rating scale were performed to evaluate the pain degrees and QOL before treat- ment and on 1,3,7,14,30 d,after treatment respectively,and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups were ana- lyzed. Results The NRS score and QOL score after 3 d treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.The significantly effective rate was 91.67% in the observation group and 70. 83% in the control group,the difference between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions was 12.50% in the observation group and 8.33% in the control group,the adverse reactions in the two groups were mild to moderate, the occurrence rate of adverse reactions had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Sibelium combined with Yangxueqingnao Granules for treating migraine has significant effect, safety and reliability, can significantly improve patients＇ pain feeling and increase the quality of life in the patients with migraine.
