摘  要:目的探讨接受父母供肾的移植受者存活3年以上移植肾功能状况。方法对已接受父母供肾3年以上的移植受者,观测肾功能最重要的指标血肌酐、尿素氮和尿蛋白水平。同时设子女供肾为对照组,观察年龄对移植肾功能的影响。结果父母作为移植供者的肾移植受者74例,肾功能正常患者33例,占44.59%;肾功能异常患者41例,占55.41%。在肾功能正常患者组中19例父母为供者的年龄低于55岁;14例父母为供者的年龄高于55岁。在肾功能异常患者组中19例父母供肾的年龄低于55岁,22例父母供者的年龄高于55岁。父母供肾的供者年龄对移植肾功能影响的差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.53,P>0.25)。子女作为移植供者的肾移植受者22例,肾功能正常患者20例,肾功能异常患者2例。父母供肾与子女供肾对移植肾功能影响的差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.90,P<0.01)。父母供肾移植受者肾功能正常患者与肾功能异常患者尿蛋白水平的差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.78,P<0.05)。急性排斥(AR)与移植肾功能延迟(DGF)对移植肾功能影响的差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.23,P<0.05)。父母供肾移植受者与子女供肾移植受者尿蛋白的差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.25,P<0.05)。结论亲属肾移植中父母给子女供肾影响移植肾的长期功能,应谨慎对待高龄父母供肾用于肾移植。Objective To study the renal function in recipients received father or mother% renal after 3 years trans- plantation. Methods The level of serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and proteinuria was studied in recipients received father or motherfs renal after 3 years transplantation. At meantime, control group was transplanted renal from son or daughter, to study the influence of age to transplant renal Results Among 74 recipients received father or mother's renal, 33 recipi- ents showed normal renal function, 44.59%; 41 recipients showed abnormal renal function, 55.41%. In 33 normal renal function groups, 19 patientCs donors were less than 55 years old, 14 patient's donors were more than 55 years old. In 41 abnormal renal function groups, 19 patient's donors were less than 55 years old, 22 patient's donors were more than 55 years old. There was no significant difference between two groups (x^2=0. 53,P〈0. 25). Among 22 patients received son or daughter's renal, 20 patients showed normal renal function, 2 patients showed abnormal renal function. There was sig- nificant difference between father / mother group and son / daughter group(x^2=12.90,P〈0.01). There was significant difference of proteinuria level between the normal, renal function group and abnormal renal function group received father of mother's renal (x^2= 5.78,P〈0.05). There was significant difference of acute rejection (AR) and delayed graft function (DGF) to renal function (x^2== 6.23,P%0.05). There was significant difference of proteinuria level between father/mother group and son/daughter group(x^2==5.25,P%0.05). Conclusion There is influence to long term renal function in recipi- ents received father/mother's renal, much more attention should be paid in old donor.
