献血前丙氨酸氨基转移酶初筛意义的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨在献血者献血前使用干式自动生化仪快速初筛丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的意义。方法使用Reflotron干式生化仪及其配套测试条在采血前初筛献血者ALT。献血后应用全自动生化仪采用速率法对献血者血液进行ALT检测。同时,比较施行ALT初筛前后因单项ALT不合格的报废率。结果使用干式化学法在献血前对献血者进行ALT初筛后,血液的报废率显著降低。结论献血前对献血者初筛ALT是一种筛除ALT异常的有效方法,能够最大限度地保留献血者和减少宝贵血源的浪费。Objective To evaluate the importance of ALT testing for the blood donors before blood donation. Meth- ods The blood donors were screened ALT before blood donation by Roche dry biochemical analyzer and its test strips. And they were screened ALT after blood donation by Roche automatic biochemical analyzer. Meanwhile we assessed the difference of ALT scrap rate before and after preliminary screening. Results Blood scrap rate decreased significantly after preliminary screening ALT for the blood donors before the blood donation. Conclusion Preliminary screening ALT is an effective way to exclude the unqualified blood donors and also can reserve the blood donors and save the precious blood re- sources.
