摘　　要：从银行监管和市场约束两方面着手,分析了政府监管和市场力量对商业银行行为的影响。将理论分析与实证研究相结合,研究了银行监管和市场约束对提高商业银行稳定性的作用机理和有效性,探析了制约因素;最后给出了进一步提高我国商业银行稳定性建议。Considering the banking supervision and market disciplines, we analyze the influences of government supervision and market power on the China＇s listed commercial bank stability. By combing the theoretical analysis with the empirical researches, we study the mechanism and effectiveness of the bank regulation and market disciplines on the feasibility and the stability of commercial banks, and discuss the restraint factors. Finally, some suggestions are offered.
