摘　　要：在我国加入了世界贸易组织之后,我国进出口量大幅度增长,但随之而来的是外贸出口秩序出现乱象、国际贸易保护主义抬头。在政府职能受限的情况下,在规范出口竞争秩序中,行业协会发挥着越来越重要的作用。针对行业协会在规范出口竞争秩序中发挥的作用以及面临的问题进行了探讨,提出了促使行业协会在规范出口竞争秩序中自律他律并健康成长的对策建议。With China＇s accession to the WTO, the commodity production specialization and market competition de-velop rapidly. Substantial amount of import and export growth are followed by export chaos and international trade protectionism. In the context of limited government functions, industry associations play an increasingly important role in regulating the export competition. The paper discusses the regulation role of industry associations in the export competition and the problems and brings forth suggestions to promote its role in regulation and healthy growth.
